 My Top 5 Sources for Information

In high school, one of my most used sources of information was NJ.com. It would be a good source of news to know everything that was going on because it was specified to New Jersey. There are so many different tabs to learn about anything you like. I used it mostly for sports, to see our schedule, stats, and our opponents. Now, it is interesting to read the stories published since I'm away from home and my family is still there. There's all different kinds of stories ranging from the Yankees to high school sports to crimes to the weather. 

Another source would be New York Times. I play a lot of the games that are featured on NYT so once I'm done playing the games, I typically will glance at the news stories. Like NJ.com, there are many different topics of stories published. They have tabs like cooking, arts, athletics, U.S, world, and lifestyle. It is very versatile to a lot of people because they have some of everything. You can learn about what is going on in the political world or you can find a new recipe for dinner. 

One of my very used sources would be TikTok. While it is not the most credible source, I find out the most information on TikTok. If I find something I am interested in, I will go onto a more credible source to find out more information about the topic. There are different news accounts on TikTok that will post new stories when they happen. 

 

A very informational source would be CNN. There is a lot of stories about politics that can really inform you of everything going on. There is also plenty of trending articles that are very informative. It has a good range of topics for people to look at on the main page.

The last source would be Instagram. There are a lot of current events and news channels that have accounts that post quickly about what is happening. It is also a good way to stay in touch with your friends at home or family you don't typically see. I can use Instagram to stay up to date on current events. There are also lots of people on Instagram that have their own opinions on different topics so it is interesting to see different sides to the stories.
